I can't stop thinking of it.
For every action, there's an equal or lesser reaction, right?
This action, or rather, inaction, has/had a reaction. But larger.
How can I possibly feel this... unfulfilled tonight, just because I didn't do a certain something?
Shit, this is starting to kill me.

Well, physics says its an equal and opposite reaction.....but do you really trust physicists? I didnt think so.
ReplyDeleteIs the question of "what if" really so surprising? Missing a potential opportunity does leave one.....as you said, 'unfulfilled'. Just have the sieze the next one! Rightt?
I dunno....waiting has never been my....strong point. For me, waiting only brings missed opportunities, untakable actions, and watching it all just....slip away.Regret is a funny thing, you know? We always seem to remember the regretable, the traumatic, and yet often forget the highlights of our lives....Thats pretty questionable. Damn human flaw.
Anyway, if thats what you think is best, and what works for you, go ahead.
