Stop.
Hear yourself breathing.
Listen to each inhale and exhale.
Let each breath fill your lungs.
Hold it there for three seconds.
Release it slowly.
Now, begin to search each part of your body.
Feel every sensation that it offers you.
Release all the tension in your muscles.
Feel the blood pumping through each of your limbs.
Feel each heartbeat throughout your body.
You should be relaxed by now.
